Spread A Smile Foundation runs an initiative to help elderly destitute Person, below the poverty line, living alone in remote rural villages. It provides basic necessities to close to 30 elderly people. Spread A Smile Foundation also conducts monthly meetings apart from free medical camps and cultural programs, to improve their quality of life.

The organization has an objective of providing multi-dimensional services to disadvantaged groups of people especially destitute senior citizens and persons with disabilities.

We reach out to impoverished senior people and assist them in fighting poverty. Especially during times of natural disasters like floods. We rescue the most vulnerable people, the very old and very young. They are sheltered in a free Old Age Home for Elderly Ladies, and Poor Old People and are fed under the Midday Meal Scheme. Abandoned senior citizens and women are given monthly rations.
