Education Support

Education promotes equality and lifts people out of poverty. It teaches children how to become good citizens. Education is not just for a privileged few, it is for everyone. It is an fundamental human right.

According to UNICEF DATA, 80 million children out of the 200 million are admitted in elementary schools and are likely to drop out. That’s right. 40 percent of the children between the ages of 6 and 14 would not even complete their elementary education.

Spread A Smile Foundation provide free or low-cost schooling, tutoring, mentoring, and vocational training. Every child, no matter who they are or where they come from, deserves access to quality learning opportunities – from the age of three years when they begin to acquire early learning skills to the end of their school education at age 18. Going to school is a big step, but if the quality of education is poor it reduces their future prospects. Especially in rural areas, this is a major problem as there is no access to good quality education.

Spread A Smile Foundation works to ensure that all the children’s go to school so that there is no child labour as well as building a promising future for these underprivileged children. In India due to illiteracy and poverty, the children who may be the future leaders do not get educated either because their parents cannot afford their education or they are not exposed to the progressive environment.
