Spread A Smile Foundation works with the children from the most marginalized, economically deprived families to support them in their treatment of critical surgeries. The parents usually do not have a huge amount of money to spend on the treatment of such surgeries. The organization sponsors treatment of these underprivileged children and helps them to get back to their normal lives.

Spread A Smile Foundation receives medical cases from various hospital for their critical major surgeries. Spread A Smile Foundation provides financial support for the patients who cannot afford any critical operations/critical illness/ support in medicines and help them to buy generic medicines.
